Disposal system of Electronic Waste

 
The disposal system of electronic waste sets to physically dissemble all sorts of electronic wastes in order to realize recycling. It is composed of two parts: general disposal line and specific disposal line to exert integrated treatment and recycling of the electronic waste.
General disposal line: mainly dispose the shells of the electronic waste such as computer, scanner and duplicator.
Specific disposal line: mainly dispose the small-sized electronic waste and parts such as digital camera and power printed circuit board (PCB).

Waste PCB Treatment System

The waste PCB treatment system adopts dry process, and makes use of such exclusive separation technologies as multi-layer combined turbine crushing and dissociation and turbine super-micro classification technology to break the circuit boards into metal powder and non-metal powder. The metal powder including copper and precious metal resulting from the treatment can be used as the raw materials for the metal smelting factory while such non-metal powder as glass fiber and resin can be used as fiber reinforcing material or filling stuff.

Waste Se-Drum Treatment System
 
It is the only waste Se-drum treatment system in China, filling the blank in Se-drum mechanical treatment in China. The system is developed independently by utilizing the physical decomposition as principle and full-automatic approach to break, separate and dispose the Se-drum and toner cartridge. After breaking, de-dusting, magnetic separation and cleaning, the waste Se-drum and toner cartridge are separated to be iron, aluminum, plastics, toner and other hazardous substances. The aluminum, iron and plastics can be converted to raw materials for re-production, while the toner and other hazardous substances can be safely and environmentally-friendly disposed through the green channels of the company.
